The ocean surface wind speed retrievals shown here are available at the JPL PO.DAAC.
Tropical cyclone maps are generated in 6-hour increments:
- The Level 3 MRG product is used when available
- If not available, a six-hour window of Level 2 data are plotted around the TC position, using the YoungSeas/LimitedFetch retrieval
